End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Home ai hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the Home ai application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Visualization Content Ownership

When you generate visualizations using our AI-powered wall coloring modules:

• You own the copyright to the final edited image output generated from your own uploaded room/wall photos.
• You agree to grant Home ai a limited license to process and transmit the generated images ONLY as necessary to provide and optimize the visualization service for you.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you SHALL NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our wall detection models or AI segmentation engines.
• Bypass any technical measures we use to provide services or prevent unauthorized access.

4. Modification and Updates

Home ai may provide mandatory updates to the app to improve AI accuracy, introduce new color palettes, or fix security vulnerabilities. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Home ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to inaccuracies in color representation or errors in wall surface detection.

6. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Home ai. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
