1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Home Ai applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our image upload tools and AI color simulation algorithms.

2. User Representations

When you upload a wall image, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right or permission to use and process the photo of the interior or exterior space.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local property laws or privacy rights.
  • You will not use the service to process images containing sensitive or inappropriate content.

3. Use of AI Coloring

Our AI coloring module allows you to visualize potential paint colors. You agree that:

  • The AI-generated colors are simulations and may vary from real-world paint due to lighting, screen settings, and surface textures.
  • You are responsible for verifying actual paint colors with physical samples before making any final purchasing or painting decisions.
  • Home Ai is not liable for any discrepancies between the digital simulation and the final physical paint result.

4. Intellectual Property

Home Ai owns all rights to the underlying software, computer vision algorithms, and neural networks used to identify and color walls. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use these tools.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high precision in wall detection, we do not guarantee that the AI will perfectly segment every surface or that color representation will be 100% accurate across all displays.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Home Ai to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our AI models.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or process large volumes of images without prior authorization.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
