Home Ai provides an artificial intelligence platform that allows users to upload images of their rooms or walls and apply virtual paint colors to visualize potential renovation results.

2. License to Process Content

By uploading images to Home Ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your images solely for the purpose of providing the visualization services you request.

3. AI Processing Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• The AI may not perfectly identify all surface boundaries in complex environments.
• Shadows and lighting conditions affect the accuracy of the virtual color application.
• The coloring provided is a digital approximation and should not be used as the sole basis for paint purchases.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading images that contain:

• Personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
• Illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit material.

5. Subscription & Credits

Access to advanced AI features may require a subscription or the purchase of processing credits. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in the mobile application store terms.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of Home Ai at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that affect your stored data or active subscriptions.
